“The key about the creation of full self-expression is to be authentically who you are, to project that.” ~ James Cromwell

No one can do you as well as you can. No one can say you are not doing you right. No one can judge you as lacking, not good enough, nor smart enough, young enough, educated enough, thin enough, strong enough. You are exactly as you should be as you are right now. You are an active, interacting and evolving work in progress.

When you accept this unequivocally you will find yourself immediately free to discover just who you are, what makes you tick and how you best want to express that so that you feel the joy of an authentic life and and gratification in what you contribute to this world. Project your whole self – the parts evolved and those yet to be developed. Can you imagine what you might discover about who you really are? Prepare to be surprised and delighted.

Me agapi,

Marilyn

P.S. You might not know the name James Cromwell, but I’m sure you’ll receognize his familiar face. Being an actor, makes this quote all the more interesting I think, considering an actor plays other characters. But maybe the best actors are the ones whose authenticity shines through.
