If we ever wonder why we were given free choice and consciousness this is the reason. We can drift and follow our basic instincts which aren’t quite as elegant as an animal, but rather formed by patterns and habits and all kinds of chaotic influences. This leaves us unrealised, unfulfilled and fraught with fear and anxiety or hopelessness.

Or we can exercise this free choice and understand the incredible power of the brain when it is lit up, clear and calm. We harness the power of thought and action and by aligning with a higher ordering power of love, we spiral ever upwards in evolution. Not on the physical plane alone, so often associated with evolution, but with the ultimate fulfillment of our grandest most splendid expression of all we might ultimately be in our full embodied consciousness. Body, mind, spirit as one within the one of all there is. If you really knew how you light up this life – would you just beam it out?
